How to export companies and contacts from a list

Exporting Lists

Step 1: Create a New List
Start by creating a new list and giving it a name.

You’ll find your list in the top-right menu bar once it's been created.

Step 2: Add Companies to Your List
Browse your search results and save the companies you’re interested in.

  • Use the checkbox on the left column to select individual companies.

  • To select multiple at once, use bulk select or shift-click a range.

Step 4: (Optional) Include Contact Data
If you want contact details:

  • Enable contact export.

  • Enter the titles you’re looking for (e.g., “Founder,” “Managing Director”).

    • You can select either exact "match titles", or "titles contain" - so “Founder” will also find “Co-Founder", for example.

    • You can click and drag to set title priority.

  • Add optional filters like:

    • Number of contacts per company 

    • Location of the contact (optional)

    • Age range (optional)

Step 3: Export Your List
When you’re ready, choose whether to export all companies in the list or just selected ones.

  • Name your export.

  • Click Export.

Step 5: Wait for Your Export

  • Without contacts: Exports are usually quick to download, depending on the list size.

  • With contacts: It may take a little longer, as we run real-time checks.

The results will be emailed to you as a downloadable link (not an attachment), as shown:

Exporting to Slides

The slide export feature now offers a visual representation of company firmographics and statistics, consistent with the Inven interface.
