Understanding Inven Credits
Inven offers two main types of credits: Contact Credits and Export Credits.
Export Credits represent company-level data, covering rows of firmographic information.
Contact Credits are used when you unlock an individual contact’s details, like their verified email address or phone number. Here’s a quick overview:

Verified Contacts: Inven prioritizes verified contact information. When available, this includes a confirmed email and/or phone number.

Estimated Contacts: If verified information isn’t available, Inven may provide an estimated email address (shown with an "Unverified" label). However, credits are only used for verified contacts.

One-Time Charge: You’ll only be charged once per contact, the first time you unlock them, regardless of how many times you access their details.

If you need more contact credits, just reach out to your Inven account manager, or contact us at info@inven.ai. Additional credits are billed separately at $0.25 each and can be purchased in packs of 1,000 ($250).
