Understanding how Inven credits work
Inven offers two main types of credits: Contact Credits and Export Credits.
Export Credits represent company-level data, covering rows of firmographic information.
Contact Credits are used when you unlock an individual contact’s details, like their verified email address or phone number. Here’s a quick overview:

Verified Contacts: Inven prioritizes verified contact information. When available, this includes a confirmed email and/or phone number.

Estimated Contacts: If verified information isn’t available, Inven may provide an estimated email address (shown with an "Unverified" label). However, credits are only used for verified contacts.

One-Time Charge: You’ll only be charged once per contact, the first time you unlock them, regardless of how many times you access their details.

Additional contact credits are billed separately at $0.25 each and can be purchased in packs of 1,000 ($250).
