Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
Where do I find my invoices?
Many of our customers submit their invoices for reimbursement either annually or monthly. Stripe sends the invoices automatically to the billing email on file. If you can't locate them in your inbox, please contact your account manager or to finance@inven.ai.
How do I update my payment method?
If you need to update your billing method or update your card on file, please be in touch with your account manager or contact us at info@inven.ai.
How do I add contact credits to my account?
Need more contact credits? Your Inven account manager can help you add them, or reach out to us at info@inven.ai. Please note that additional contact credits are billed separately at $0.25 each and can be purchased in packs of 1,000 ($250).

How do contact credits work?
Inven prioritizes verified contact information, marked by a green icon. If unavailable, Inven provides an estimated email, indicated by other colors. A credit is used only for verified contacts and covers both email and phone number. You're charged only once per contact, regardless of how many times you unlock it. When exporting, you can increase the number of contacts per company.

How do I add & remove users to my account?
Adding or removing users can be found by simply going to your settings menu (top right) > My team. There you can add & remove, or assign user roles.
Note: You must be an Admin of your account to be able to add or remove team members. Make sure you also have a licensed number of seats available on your subscription. Need more? No worries! Reach out to your account manager to help you get set up with more seats.

How do I reset my password?
Forgot your password? No worries! Here's how to reset it in a snap:
- Visit the password reset page: via app.inven.ai, click forgot password
- Enter the email address associated with your Inven account. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Click the "Reset my password" button in the email. Choose a strong memorable new password and confirm it. Then, log in and you're set!
