We believe in long-term partnerships at Inven and want to help you get the most from your subscription. After all, we’re building for you, so your input matters - whether it’s love letters or constructive feedback - it shapes the future of Inven. So we’d love to hear how we can improve the product or find a solution together!
Cancellation Policy, Terms & Process​
Subscription Term & Renewal
Your subscription term is defined in your signed contract agreement. Unless written notice of non-renewal is provided by you at least 60 days before the term ends, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period at Inven’s prevailing rates.
Please notify your account manager in advance if you intend not to renew. If you're unsure when your subscription renews, it's 12 months from the original activation date of your subscription.
Cancellation by You
If you choose to cancel, note that your subscription remains active through the end of the current term. Early cancellation does not result in a refund or immediate termination; you will continue to have access and remain responsible for the full subscription fee for that term.
