Inven's AI Screener helps you quickly identify and analyze potential buyers, acquisition targets, or competitors using advanced AI algorithms. Think of it as a "mini analyst" that refines your search further, saving you time and effort going through your list.

AI Screener Search Do's and Don'ts​

Note: The AI Screener can be used in two places: your initial search results (e.g., via Company or Investor search) or in your project list view (top right). When running the AI Screener, make sure you are using it on the list that you are currently building as it will automatically save & hide companies to your working list.

Categorizing Results​

Categorization can help you organize and analyze your company data more efficiently. With the AI Screener you can categorize companies into groups based on specific criteria. Instead of simply marking companies as "save" or "hide," you can assign them to different categories.

How to Categorize

1. Create Categories: In your project, add categories like "Manufacturing" or "Installation". Describe each category to clarify its meaning.

2. Run the Screener: Start the AI Screener process.

3. Review Categories: The AI will assign companies to categories based on your criteria.

4. Check Results: Review the categorized companies to ensure accuracy.

Note: The AI might not always categorize companies perfectly. You may need to manually adjust some assignments. In addition, you can also edit your columns so you can see the screening catagories in your results view in the order that you'd like.
